Skin being the largest organ of the body needs a lot of care. Since its both the strong as well as the sensitive organ. Strong since it heals faster and withstands the different environmental changes, but if you skin is sensitive it is also the problem ski that needs to a lot of care. Toning removes the last traces of dirt and tones the pores. An alcohol-free toner for dry skin and astringent for oily skin should be used. Avoid alcohol-based toners on sensitive skin. The last and important step involves restoring the moisture that wash washed off during cleansing through moisturizing. 

2. Exfoliation. Exfoliate weekly to remove dead skin cells and refresh your skin. A scrub of natural extracts is best for all skin type. A facial mask also helps in cleaning and rejuvenating your skin. 

The skin on your body is as important as the skin on your body. Avoid soaps that make your skin dry and rough. Use a body lotion to moisturize after a shower. 

Some common skin problems and their solutions
- Acne: Such as, pimples, blackheads & cysts. Avoid oily cosmetics and cleanse your face using a natural antibacterial, non-oily face or body wash such as those containing tea tree oil. A clay mask with Echinacea, also helps absorbing the excess oil and prevent acne. Vitimin supplements such as Vitamin A, B & E, also helps combat acne.
- - Eczema is caused by dietary deficiencies, so increase your intake of zinc, Vitamin C, B & E, essential fatty acids (EFA),to combat it.
- Blemishes and age spots: To lighten the ugly blemishes, use lemon juice or Castor oil a few times a day to make them grow faint. 
- Dry skin: Use lotions or creams containing avocado, jojoba, Aloe Vera, honey and Vitamin E. Honey also acts as a natural moisturizer.
