Oily
skin is prone to many skin problems than a normal
to dry skin. It tends to get greasy and likely
to have more acne relate problems. Soaps will
only help to cleanse the grime. You should never
use moisturizing creams and moisturizers of oily
skin, they will only add to the oiliness and make
you skin shine more. This skin type is difficult
to maintain as it is prone to develop bacteria
in its enlarged pores and develop acnes like black
heads, whiteheads and pimples. The oily skin tends
to get greasy when the sebaceous glands produce
excessive than is needed for proper moisturizing
of the skin. This causes clogged pores leading
to acne, which leave ugly scars, and also blemishes,
if treated improperly. Factors such as diet, hormone
levels, metabolism, allergies to chemicals and
lifestyle may also affect ones skin. Weather such
as humidity and hot weather can also stimulate
the sebaceous glands into producing more oil than
normal.
Most
often it's noticed that an oily skin tends to
look darker in complexion than a normal skin.
Oily skin care problems can be temporarily dealt
with facials and gel-based face washes that will
make the skin drier. Peel-off facemasks, and clay
mask, are excellent in removing and absorbing
excess oil from the skin. If you skin is oily,
you can consult your dermatologists if you have
a severe acne problem due to oily skin, but if
you can identify the underlying factor for your
acne and oiliness, you can restore your skins
health by several herbal-based cosmetics and homemade
facials that work wonders at low prices.
However
there are advantages of having an oily skin too,
it is slow to develop age spots, discoloration,
fine lines, wrinkles, and other signs of aging.
It doesn't freckle or turn red in the sun and,
usually tans evenly and very beautifully. On the
negative side, oily skin is vulnerable to "breakouts"
well past adolescence and has a chronically shiny
appearance, an oily or greasy feeling, as well
as enlarged pores.
